Any time you're moving or adding walls, it's smart to have your design finalized before construction begins. I'll create floor plans hand-in-hand with your general contractor to fit the needs of your renovation, and I'll stay closely involved with your contractor until every part of the plan is built out.

Every project requires a licensed general contractor or builder, hired at your discretion. Given the scope and technical details involved in bringing a full design to life, having this professional on board helps to protect everyone’s interests. I will work hand in hand with the general contractor from day one through full project installation so your design comes to life exactly as planned. Their contract, payment, and scope stay completely separate from my design agreement and fees.
